Training for customers with Alexander Fridman

In order to contribute to the successful development of customers, the Company has already established a tradition organizing various trainings for its business partners, inviting the best speakers.
On March 14, Minsk hosted another training with Alexander Fridman on the topic: “Exactly” instead of ‘Urgent’: from daily feats to effective inaction”.
The venue brought together partners from various businesses: printing, footwear manufacturing, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive and energy industries, as well as representatives of the agro-industrial sector.
During the training, participants discussed methods of management decision-making, employees’ management efficiency and time management in the context of information flow. Special attention was devoted to the technologies of effective self-organization, prevention of burnout and attention management to maximize job satisfaction.
Participants appreciated the usefulness of the training and expressed their gratitude for the opportunity.
