According to the results of the II quarter of 2023, the health index of Russian business in the field of e-commerce increased by 6% year-on-year, according to an analytical report prepared by the Calltouch platform, Tochka Bank, an online recruiting platform HH.ru .

The increase in the volume of online commerce and the gradual "flow" of sales from offline to online platforms is a steady trend in recent years. According to forecasts, by the end of the year, sales in the e-commerce niche will reach 7.4 trillion rubles. In the second quarter of 2023, the turnover of SMEs in the field of online commerce increased by 63%, which is largely due to the rapid development of marketplaces and their popularity among the population.
