15 flotation machines from Finland to Russia

Route: Outokumpu, Finland – Helsinki – Bronka – Krasnoturinsk, Sverdlovsk region, Russian Federation

Cargo: flotation machines, 15 units, 264 cargo spaces, with a total weight of 224 tons and a volume of 1978 m3

Transportation structure:

  • all cargo was delivered to the port of Bronka in a single lot and cleared in one batch;
  • door-to-door delivery took 39 days.
  • 40 mafi trailers;
  • 38 standard awnings and 2 open areas for oversized cargo.

  • the cargo was overloaded by a crane in the port of Antwerp from the German oversized platform to the Russian platform, since it was impossible to move by self-propelled through the ferry.

Delivery of equipment from Thailand and Japan to Russia

Route: Thailand - Japan - Russia, Ust-Luga

Cargo: 271 units, 1092 tons, 8014 FT

  • POL: Kobe, Japan. POD: Bronka. 57 places, 384t, 2994 m3. Further delivery to the construction site at the destination. It took 30 units of special trucks for oversized cargo + 12 standard tents.
  • POL: Laem Chabang, Thailand. POD: Bronka. 214 seats, 708t, 5020 m3. Further delivery to the construction site at the destination. It took units of special trucks for oversized cargo + 38 standard tents.

Project for the transportation of compressors for the oil industry (Ilsky Refinery)

Route: FCA Yokohama (Japan) – Port of Bronka (RF) – Ilsky Oil Refinery (RF)

Total amount of cargo: 80 cargo places.

Total volume of cargo: 800 freight tons.

Maximum load VGH: 781 x 341 x 393 cm, 52,500 kg

For the transportation of equipment was involved:

  • 3 barges for the delivery of cargo to the board of the ocean vessel
  • Charter crane vessel on the route Port of Yokohama - Port of Bronka
  • Covered warehouse for storing most cargo items in the port of Bronka
  • 10 vehicles across the territory of the Russian Federation from the port of Bronka to the Consignee's warehouse

Delivery of equipment for the construction of a steam reforming furnace

Route: China - Russia

The employees of STA Logistic successfully completed a project to deliver equipment for the construction of a steam reforming furnace at a chemical industry facility.

The largest cargo parameters:
The highest is 5.5 m
The heaviest – 123 tons
The widest is 5.56 m
The longest is 15.5 m

For the removal of the entire cargo lot from the port, it took the mobilization of 188 units of special vehicles, which took out the entire volume in 25 days.

The total duration of the project was 4 months from the start of consolidation to the unloading of the last cargo space and fell just during the quarantine period. This circumstance has significantly complicated the solution of a number of operational tasks. The project team had the following tasks:

  • consolidate the entire cargo shipment from six different Chinese manufacturing plants at the port of departure;
  • inspect, measure and load the cargo on the ship, issue export documents;
  • to charter a sea vessel for the delivery of 20,000 freight tons of cargo on the route Janjigang Port – St. Petersburg port;
  • reload the cargo lot onto vehicles for further delivery to the construction site;
  • issue the necessary transit documents.

Delivery of pyrolysis furnaces from Thailand to Russia

Route: Thailand — Russia, Ust-Luga

Cargo: 644 seats, 2856 tons, 13212 FT

Maximum load capacity: 2300 x 390 x 340 cm, 124 t

Disassembled asphalt mixing plant from China to Kaliningrad

Route: Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China - Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad region, Russian Federation.

Cargo: Disassembled asphalt mixing plant.

The total length of the route was about 11,500 km.

Cargo delivery was carried out according to a multimodal scheme using road, rail and sea transport:

  • road delivery of bulky cargo on 8 x vehicles on the route Quanzhou - the port of St. Petersburg
  • railway delivery of oversized cargo in 16 x 40 HC along the route Quanzhou - the port of St. Petersburg
  • delivery of all cargo by a sea vessel along the route port of St. Petersburg - port of Baltiysk
  • road delivery of all cargo from the port of Baltiysk to Chernyakhovsk

  • STAGE 1: Consolidation of the entire cargo consignment in the port of St. Petersburg. Organization of a surveyor inspection of the entire consignment. Packing a piece of equipment in marine packaging
  • STAGE 2: Chartering a suitable vessel. Loading cargo onto a ship using ship and terminal cranes. Organization of cargo securing in the hold. Registration of bills of lading.
  • STAGE 3: Berthing the vessel to the quay in the port of Mumbai. Development of a plan for unloading and placing cargo at the site in the port. Cargo unsealing and hold cleaning. STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION:

  • Delivery of cargo from the manufacturer's plant in Magdeburg to the nearest river port.
