The Kani-Kurgan checkpoint in the Amur region saw a 1.3 times increase (over 52,100 vehicles), while Poltavka recorded a 76% rise (45,000 vehicles). Cross-border freight transport resumed in Blagoveshchensk, where nearly 5,000 trucks were recorded, and the Starotsurukhaitui checkpoint experienced the largest growth, tripling its traffic to 8,900 vehicles.

Recently, the Zabaikalsk international automobile checkpoint hosted a delegation of representatives from the FSUE Rosgranstroy and the Office for Port Management of Inner Mongolia in China. The Chinese side expressed readiness to establish a permanent 24-hour operating schedule at the Zabaikalsk–Manzhouli checkpoint in both directions.
